2.1 Analytics (anonymous)

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the site:

Page views and visit duration
Visit source (where you came from)
Browser type and OS
Site navigation (articles and products viewed)

We do not collect IP addresses, names, or other identifiers in analytics. Tracking uses a random ID stored in the browser's local storage.

2.2 Newsletter

Newsletter signup requires your email. It is used to send the newsletter and can be cancelled anytime. Emails are stored in Supabase and Shopify with marketing consent.

2.3 Contact and application forms

Forms collect: name, email, message, and optional details (e.g. social profile in creator applications). Data is used to process enquiries.

3. Legal basis

Analytics: Legitimate interest (site improvement). Requires consent via cookie banner.
Newsletter: Consent (subscription).
Contact: Legitimate interest (responding to messages).

4. Data processors

Data is processed by:

Supabase (database) — EU/EEA (Frankfurt, Germany)
Shopify (store) — customer system for newsletter subscribers
Vercel (hosting) — site server

5. Retention

Analytics: 12 months
Newsletter: until unsubscribed
Form messages: 24 months

6. Cookies and local storage

The site does not use third-party cookies. We use browser local storage for an anonymous visitor ID and session. These are not linked to personal data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

Request correction or deletion
Withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe)
Object to processing
Port your data
Complain to a data protection authority
